THE ASSOCIATION

The Home Builders Association of Great Falls is a membership organization that has been advocating for local building industry professionals since 1965. We are dedicated to helping members share knowledge, expand their network and grow the business for everyone. Membership puts you in touch with important area professionals, trades people and suppliers.

We pride ourselves on being a resource you can build on. Members can build their reputations, their knowledge, their exposure to current industry changes and trends, and their business.

Advocacy and Government Affairs

We monitor and track the local legislative and regulatory process and advocate for our industry and members with the goal of protecting home affordability and ensuring members are not hindered by the process.

Education

Learn from speakers, other members, and through non-industry specific courses to help develop and grow the business side of your company. Our website and newsletter also provide valuable industry information.

Community Outreach

Every spring, the Home Builders Association of Great Falls presents the best Home and Garden Shows in the state. It has become the community kick-off to spring and is attended by more than 16,000 area residents. This is a fantastic way to showcase member businesses and teach the community about the latest building and design trends.

In addition, each fall, we produce the annual Parade of Homes. This unique opportunity allows members to showcase their work and products in an actual home setting. Your prospective customers have a chance to take self-guided tours of area homes to see what is new and innovative in the home building industry today.
